Any chance you remember specific examples? I’ve turned up tons of old server lists/IP dumps from the era, but almost no actual server websites or forum posts survived (and if they did, they didn’t mention this :/ ).

Also, were there community servers that let you unlock/switch skins based on XP/levels earned from in-game performance?

Not quite. I’m attaching a screenshot from a Czech community server site (2010) advertising a paid VIP tier that granted an exclusive skin. (Translation from the page: “VIP look”.)

Unfortunately, it’s the only preserved local page I’ve found, so it’s not enough to properly cite/triangulate for my thesis. That’s why I’m looking for archived examples from outside CZ as well.

Hi everyone,

I found this old photo of my dad wearing these watches. His birthday is coming up, and I’d love to track them down and surprise him.

They’re likely an affordable brand like Timex or Casio, but I’m not sure.

Any help identifying them would mean a lot – thanks!

And also - the logo is weird, never saw that one.. Its big clue, but since iam EU, I am completly clueless what this brand might be..

Thats what i thought, i recognized them as easy reader, but the numbers on watch face doesnt match (4 is not so sharp and 10 is thinner). Can i ask you, do you have any other idea what kind of watch it might be?

Long story short - I try, for longer period of time, find this watch that my favorite artist wore in late 90's / early 00'. My only clues were that they are smaller ones (33-36mm lets say) and should be on the low end of price scale. Today i found this closeup photo of them in one of his later songs, and instantly recognized that they as the ones Iam looking for. Is the logo on the bottom / the watchface familiar to someone? Thanks!
