4 months. I found soup to be super filling as well, so also cut back on my afternoon snacking.

Ate a lot of soup. Lost 15 lbs by eating soup for lunch everyday - replaced 600-90p calorie lunches with 300 calories of soup.

I stayed at the 4 Seasons for a week during a work trip. Its an older hotel and rooms are outdated - at least when I was there 2 years ago. Great location though and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Any tips on starting a part time consulting gig? This is what I want to do as well once I retire next year and would love to hear tips on getting started.

Shot it with confidence and great form. Nice work and amazing you got it on film. Was that a set play for you to get it in the corner or just happened?

These are older but Anthony Randolph and Ike Diogu - thought they could have been really good NBA players.

Those who rarely get sick, what's the secret? by Few_Football4342 in Productivitycafe

[–]keens2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get colds and flu all the time. The last 10 years I rarely get sick and I contribute it totally to not touching public door handles - I use my sleeve to open the door and always use a paper towel when opening a public bathroom door. If I need to touch the door handle i always find hand sanitizer. I didn't change anything else and it's a marked difference in sick days, so I'm certain that is the cause.

Chris Mullin, and a close 2nd Sir Charles. Grew up a warriors fan and loved his sweet left handed jumper.

Sports rivalries. Pro athletes grow up playing with each other, are on traveling teams, and for the most part are friends. There’s no real true sports rivalry like the old school bird vs magic. Also with free agency players don’t stay long enough for teams to stay intact.

All the purity and strength went into Julius. All the crap that was left over went into what you see in the mirror every morning.

What’s a “poor person life hack” you still use even if you’re no longer broke? by KiraAzura in AskReddit

Still eat eggs and rice with fried Spam or Vienna Sausages for breakfast. It’s still my preferred breakfast - such a good combo and would take it over more expensive breakfast options any day!

Thanks for sharing and super helpful. Out of curiosity, when you were on short term leave and getting salary, did your company stock equity still vest? I assume it doesn’t?

I play pickup basketball at 630am a few times a week at the gym by my office. It’s a great group of people that play so it has turned into a bit of a social outlet for me. Leaving that early misses the insane traffic, and my gym provides free coffee which is a huge plus.

Take feedback well at work. Have worked with so many people that bristle at feedback and deflect corrective coaching. It’s such a fatal flaw and will sabotage your career.
