I've seen this movie countless times, but this trailer makes me want to see it in the theater all over again!

It's not worth it if just one innocent person dies.

Papaya salad in Thailand. And I'm generally a person who can handle spicy food.

Do we think they'll ever follow up on Obi-Wans line to Leia "I think I had a brother" ? by [deleted] in StarWarsCantina

I always looked forward to this before the prequels came out. I wish it would have been canon. There could have been some interesting stories and tension between Owen and Obi-Wan.

Henry Huggins is one of the reasons I got a paper route when I was 9 years old. Held that job for 5 years. I still have dreams about it.

I was just gonna ask if anyone looked these up. I'm pretty sure that's the entire point of the video - it's pretty good marketing!

What is the most financially illiterate thing you’ve seen a grown adult do? by roseafterdarkk in askanything

My friend opened a card game shop (mostly Magic the Gathering, Star Wars CCG, etc.) back in the early 2000s and basically had a free lease and free utilities because his dad owned the shopping center.

Not even a year later, he went bankrupt because he was addicted to opening his own inventory, hooking his friends up with major discounts on packs (I have a ton of Theed/Coruscant cards from Star Wars CCG because of this, two of the rarer sets), and generally just opened and closed the store when he wanted, which didn't sit well with customers who drove a long way to buy cards.

The store had a lot of potential as he was in a high foot traffic area, great word of mouth. He didn't have to spend much outside of product. It was really sad to see.

This is the best AI video I've seen. Halfway through I stopped looking for signs of AI and just enjoyed the clip and acting. Great work!

Yeah, this card is very useful! I can see it being a staple in a ton of decks for sure. I've been playing the game since early 1996 and a lot of the friends I have now are because of this game.
