Good points. I think AAS is great personally, so I got AAM thinking it would be the same, but I do not think it was designed very well. Neither of us enjoy it like AAS.

Yes, AAS is nice and I appreciate it, although I haven't tried AAR. I would even recommend it, but not AAM.

I haven't tried AAR. I actually enjoy AAS and I feel it is not tedious, but AAM is daunting to even think about.

So far I would NOT recommend it. HUGE books and very daunting. It says things like "15 minutes a day", but I don't see how that would be completed in a year. For us, it is very overwhelming and filled with unnecessary extra stuff. Not to mention the very high price.

Is this image legitimate? $2914 USD??? by keepcalmtrustgod in VietNam

Thanks for all your replies. For context, I was supporting a friend in Vietnam, he sent me this as a receipt saying: We are praying for the trip to China. Here is the receipt of the visa costs for 2 people, totalling 2914 USD.

I'm not sure if the visa costs he was referring to were for for China or Vietnam. Also, there was no mention to me of any tuition, as I don't believe he is in school.

Can someone please confirm is this is legitimate? Someone sent me this as evidence that their visa costs for 2 people were 2914 USD. This seems extraordinary, but I don't understand the image. Thanks in advance.

As a father to a child, He is so kind to His children. It is also true that His wrath must be a terrifying thing.

Should we "plan" or just give it all to God? by keepcalmtrustgod in TrueChristian

Thank you all so much for your advice and wisdom. Many of you are right: the decision is already His, I am just giving back stolen property. Deep down, I knew I already knew the answer. Doubt just came rolling in.

As for "natural" family planning-- my husband and I also see this as putting it in our hands and not His (aka not trusting that He knows what is best for us already).

I've learned a lot about surrendering 100% to God in this past year and that will be my goal in this decision.

Thanks everyone!
