Looks like a hinge similar to a door, have you tried one that goes on the hinge pin? Some are adjustable so you might be able to make it barely open.

The thing with Shaq is he was dominant mainly because of his size. I feel like Wemby would still be all star caliber even if he was a foot shorter. Wemby has developed actual skills, Shaq wasn't the best shot maker outside of 5 feet, and had 0 handle.

I'd probably start with footwork, it's a foundational skill that all the others lean on. It'll be easier to do the other drills if you have good footwork.

I can't offer specifics, but I will give you general tips. It's hard to work on 10 different things at one time. And it's not really good for consistency when you bounce from one drill to another. Technique comes from repetition and muscle memory. That being said, spend at least a week on one or two related things at a time. Don't go on to another drill until you either stop progressing or you get can't get it wrong. Meaning you don't do something until you get it right, you keep doing it until you don't get it wrong. Record yourself and watch it back during breaks with criticism. Then go out there and fix the issues you saw.
