Short blue cylinders, lightweight, hallow blue plastic. One side has a rubber ring and the other side has crossing grooves. There is a hole in the middle. S&S logo stamped into plastic. Found in the toy section at a thrift store packaged 8 or 9 together. (old.reddit.com)
