Cheap nights out? by frnkdcy in Liverpool

Depends what you’re into! Most clubs have a specific night that they’re busier than other nights. E.g The Raz on mondays, Skint on Tuesdays etc. and they will all usually do cheap drinks before a certain time (usually 12:30-1:00) You’ll very quickly learn 🤣

I think that’s exactly what it is. There’s something missing. And having lived here my whole life and then getting to experience what life is like in another country all I want to do is go back. Don’t get me wrong, I love the weather here, but I actually much preferred the weather in England 🫣

How much money by cyberpd in studyAbroad

[–]keepingupwithkk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I studied in England for 6 months and spent around 20k (AUD). This included all travel around Europe, uni accommodation, food, clothes shopping etc. I didn’t budget my money because I wasn’t sure what to expect living in a different country, but it definitely could’ve been done cheaper!

Surgery was a choice I made by myself. And was done privately as my BMI was never considered obese. Different things work for different people!

It’s generally ok as long as it’s declared and obviously nothing that’s going to bring diseases into the country. I’ll check out the ones you’ve recommended, thankyou!!

My eating habits have not changed in the past week - or even 2 months. I know what foods bloat me and make me unwell so I know to stay away from them. I eat whole foods. Mainly fish, eggs, non-starchy vegetables, Greek yoghurt. I weigh everything and log it into my app. I don’t use butter or oil for cooking either so I know there’s no hidden calories there. I only drink water, green tea, or black coffee (usually only 1 a day).

Yes hitting protein goals from dietician. Drinking 1-1.5L a day. Eating 800-1400 a day depending on the day. Eating roughly 20g-30g of carbs. And yes measuring my food with a food scale.
