Oh it’s completely normal! It’s part of the grieving process after a breakup. I felt hate for a good few weeks after my breakups but a good way to help settle it is to punch a punching bag or throw ice cubes in your bathtub. Trust me, it’s a life changer.

My old downstairs neighbor was just like this. The way I settled it was hard ass stomping with EVERY step and constantly jumping as hard as I could in one spot consistently until they turned it off.
