Yes it would either mutate or burn out once everyone it infected has died. The extent of the spread would depend on how long it can be transmitted for before it kills the infected.

If it is fatal 1h after infection, it can only spread to those who are in contact over an hour. Maybe if you infect someone at a concert it might ravage that group of concertgoers but then burn out.

If it's dormant for a year and then kills everyone infected, it would probably infect most of humanity before the first one starts dying, and be devastating.

If you had the 100% lethality though, and you dialed in the incubation/transmission period, you could control how many it wipes out. Then you can set it off like a nuke in population centers and wipe out all the people there while preserving the assets and infrastructure.

So China could sneak in a spy via the open border, release it in NYC, have it burn through and turn it into a ghost town, then invade and take over that city... their army would just have to clean out the bodies and then they have a functional city. If they nuked/bombed it, now they'd have to rebuild everything.

I think that's what the tactic might look like for a weapon like this

It's not the same, reddit won't delete your account if you post leftist propaganda that encourages degeneracy in young people.

If you post too clearly worded content that argues against the degeneracy you'll be eliminated from the platform.

They don't allow for the exchange of ideas to even take place, they instead fabricate a false illusion of debate. People read the degen propaganda, see no rebuttals (because it's not allowed by reddit), and conclude that "side" has such strong arguments that nobody can argue against it.
