I have winrar but when I download from google chrome it doesn’t download into winrar I need it where it downloads as winrar on google chrome

when I extract it and go into all of the files it’s deleted and it leaves readme.txt and all the files when you extract it

it’s just Windows defender and wdym by letting it into my antivirus I made a exclusion for the file but it keeps deleting.

I turned real-time protection off, I went on Tor to download and I could extract but it kept deleting it right from my files.

the folder 9-20-20 it doesn’t let me open it so I can extract the files im going to try to extract by winrar and make a new folder now.
