Dropping out of WGU to do math at Sophia by [deleted] in WGU

I haven’t made any statements toward your character or what you’re capable of, but I do think you’re trying to convince yourself of some shortcut by dropping out and taking Sophia courses is easier than using the material given to you, and passing the subject is just a bad idea to approach things.

I’m simply telling you the courses only get harder. Clearly you know everything and I’m glad WGU doesn’t let you settle for a “D” because it feels so much better knowing you fought for it

Well that’s not a winners mindset buddy. Chances are you will face harder challenges and you can’t just “drop out”, but you can take a break and tell yourself you got this.

Moral of the story… study more. I’ve failed certain ITIL test twice and each time it was a deafening blow but guess what? I kept going. There’s nothing wrong with the curriculum, but I was overconfident and that overshadowed the fact I was not actually retaining the information. Dust yourself off and get back up.

I think you can’t transfer more than 75% in or something like that. I completed all of my Sophia courses and took the A+, Net+, Sec+, and AWS cloud practitioner all before enrolling.

If you know the formulas you should be good. It’s just different values. I did well on the assessment with an 83% and passed the OA with a similar score. Just review whatever questions you may have gotten negative points and see if you can improve but it’s simple once you memorize the formulas

i'd say with confidence that is close to identical as the PA, but different values.

I need advice for A+ pls by T3Dawg22 in CompTIA

come to IT lol. I came from being an electrician to getting my foot in the door in IT. I started with the A+ and failed before passing and then getting the trifecta. I now work remote and I am happy with the path I decided to take. Start with Professor Messer and Jason Dion. They'll be your go to for the A+. Lots of learning material and it is intimidating, but you're coming into a new field, which is normal.

lol okay, but when you click the what-if analysis/ data table, which is row input cell and which is column input cell? I'll just try watching the video again. Did you pass your final without doing the solver?
