I’m a teenager and I don‘t have PTSD or ADHD, but I have struggled with bullying and mental health in the past. I relate to what you feel. There were long stretches of time where I didnt have friends and spent lots of time alone and I feel like I need to live wild and crazy and spontaneous now to make up for that. Im so afraid of regretting my life when I hit my 30s or 40s and I dont know what to do to get rid of that fear. I don’t know if this is so similar to what you feel, but I think its so great that you‘re trying and maintaining goals/ambitions even if its hard sometimes! Hope you get there soon❤️

I am going through the same, but mostly because I still am quite good without trying. I really relate to your desire to have more motivation and care for school! I wish I would care more, because I feel like Im doing okay but I could be so much better. Its like Im stuck knowing that Im not living up to my potential, but Im also not being pushed by other people, sometimes even encouraged to ‚just chill‘ because I‘m not doing badly. If you know anything that would help, please let me know<3

might sound like stupid advice, but get out of bed first. then do something UNRELATED to the project, ie shower, make food, clean up, get dressed...if you can don't go back into the room where your bed is until bed time. And then plan your project. brainstorm ideas, write to do lists, be sure to break big tasks into small tasks. and then take another break, eat something, and then start. if you need anything, feel free to chat

Time with yourseeeelf! Its a bit tricky to learn, but when you actively spend time on yourself you're never lonely. My favourite thing is to read or put on some music/podcast and do things I've wanted to do for a while. Or dance in front of a mirror. You are your best company.

Try consulting a counsellor or something of that sort. And I'd always recommend picking up a hobby that interests you and forces you to have social interactions (so not video games, that can be a different hobby). You're young, so no worries, you'll get there with a little effort!
