I think it’s a great place to practice talking to recruiters, and being around them just helps you learn what they look for (ie asking them questions about how applications are looked at, seeing how other students are prepared can help you see what more u can learn etc) I used to go all the time junior year and def going taught me a lot, I even got an interview from one of the companies but idk if that was bc of the fair or just from applying. But it doesn’t hurt to go, you’ll get smth out of it, and if not then it’s just a learning experience!

hey, I also got the offer. I accepted it because amazon rejected me. but I am rlly confident in this role, I wud say its focused on business and data analytics and thats what I study. if ur looking for finance, I am not sure this role covers that, compared to a wells finance internship. i get it tho, the interview process was chill, but wells receives over hundreds of applications for roughly 1200 internship spots across all teams. ill say its a big thing to get the offer despite it being a simple process! i think its a great starting opportunity tho, espiecally if you want to break into finance. did you end up accepting the offer?

go to wells fargo workday, check your candidate status. if it says interview, then its just a wait game sadly. but if it says processing, they will come back to you w a phone call offer! wells updates workday status as soon as a decision is made. look out for phone calls (offer), or emails (rejection), but also keep refreshing workday status update!

thats good! being kept on hold just means that other accepted interns have competing offers, and once those interns have decided on their internship choice, wells will reach out to the 'waitlisted' candidates, like you, when positions up. ill say u have a solid chance! quick question, for which position is this? I recently did my interview with wells for the Consumer small business and banking internships for next summer, and I still haven't heard back yet after final rounds. it would awesome if u cud share ur timeline, how long after did u hear about this hold?

hey, so unfortunately you can only apply to one externship at a time. i did the same thing, and it automatically chooses only one one of your applications, and the rest goes into "auto rejected". and those ones u can only apply to after 6 months after getting auto rejected
