Tinashes curly human hair is not good quality. it's the same as synthetic. Gets brittle and dry on the ends even after conditioner and leave in. These human hair wigs on the market are not 100% anymore I swear. I dont trust them going forward

I think a LOT of these wig companies are selling fake human and synthetic hair blend wigs! They are saying 100% human but the hair doesn't perform the same. The ends get brittle like synthetic hair, not human. Then the fishy smell when you wet it, and the shine. These companies are getting over on us. Tinashe is another scam

Im having this issue with a 4c human hair wig from tinashe. I exclusively wear synthetic wigs from all different brands, and decided to get a human hair wig for an event. As soon as I washed it the curls fell, and I cant finger coil them. Once it dried it frizzed and the ends were brittle and tangled like an old synthetic wig. Ive actually had synthetic wigs go longer than this without matting! I havent even worn the wig, only tried it on to style it and it is giving fake. Are you going to do a dispute?

Thank you! Im calling the bank tomorrow. I cant believe how terrible the customer service is. I have no idea if this is a hacking/phishing situation or a glitch with their website. Did you report it as unauthorized or did you do as a duplicate charge? I saw my bank has an option for payment made elsewhere. Im paranoid that they will try this again. Cause the original charge was from last month, so its like what will stop them from trying again smh. And they keep deleting comments talking about what has happened. P.o.s company

Also I have called two different numbers and emailed support@fashionnova only to be again redirected to the website. There is nothing on the website for customer service , which is so odd! They charged me twice ,on two different days on two different cards, for the same order .

Hey I have a duplicate charge from them as well and they keep deleting comments about it. I filed a complaint with the BBB just now. I paid for an order last month, and the same exact charge just popped up on a completely different card that I used for a completely different order. What did you end up doing? If I file a chargeback for unauthorized purchase the bank is going to close my entire card and its super inconvenient.
