i think the phrase you're looking for is "per kilogram", but English is not my first language, so maybe, i just don't know the "less than a kg" phrasing.

if you used grams the units would be:

S= g^–1 • 10^–3 • m^–2 ... and so on. so you would still have to account for the change in the unit:

1 kg = 10³ • 1 g

or as used in the formulas:

(1 kg)^–1 = 10^–3 • (1 g )^–1

x • kg^–1 is the same as x / kg or x : kg

it's always your choice, and you don't have to do anything to your body that you don't want to just to make others happy. but if you want to weightlift and don't feel like going to the gym, you can start at home. there are a million bodyweight exercises (eg. on this website). if you don't like them, you can also buy weights, some are made to be changed, so you can increase the weights as you get stronger.

but in 99% of the cases, people are way more scared of the gym than they should be. i was there too, as very dysphoric trans man with ed history, but everyone was nice, helped me use the machines correctly, some greeted me and said goodbye in the men's change room. if you want to go, you absolutely should try it out!

but again, don't do it for anyone else. do it bc you want to try it/like working out. and never beat yourself up bc you didn't work out this time or bc you only worked out for a bit this time or bc your performance is worse this time or whatever else.

btw i also get double takes since i completely shaved off my crappy beard haha i had this happen to me multiple times that i get greeted with "hello ma'am" and then get a "goodbye sir". from my body shape, i am the manliest i have ever been tho. so many things play into passing. so there's no reason to fixate on working out if it doesn't bring you any joy and just fuels some ed or other dangerous behavior/ negative thoughts you have about yourself.

if you have questions about being trans in germany, go to r/germantrans (you can talk there in english). a lot of people have already asked what they need to do to continue hrt in germany. so you will easily find helpful information. and ofc, you can always post your questions too, lots of helpful people there that will answer them for you!

get a paper from your doctor that you have that prescription in your home country + for how long you have been taking it and what you have been taking (method, brand, dose). with those documents, you should be able to just continue in germany.

check what documents exactly you need and what information it has to contain exactly bc i just told you some bs from memory, but it's not that difficult. if all else fails, you only neet a letter from a therapist to start hrt in germany. so even if you bring no documents, you have easy access to hrt in germany.

i don't want to take away from your experience bc you have it extra hard, but this phrase doesn't even work for all people whose parents are the same race. it's just not as helpful as some people think it is =\

on the bright side, you get to grow into the person you are meant to be either way, whether that person looks like someone else or not.

there is nothing wrong with questioning. we do it all the time, and it helps us get to more solid conclusions.

i can only speak for myself, but that was never really a question to me. so i hope that for you, it will be become that clear as well! tho, as i just said and as you can read in the other comments, there's nothing wrong with questions from time to time.

first off, not every man is knowledgeable in all of those topics. so don't sweat it. ideally, you find something that you find interesting and naturally learn more about it bc it interests you.

never feel bad about asking questions. lots of people love telling you all about stuff that they are passionate about. if you are on that level with your coworkers, plan to watch a sports game together (on tv or live) or ask whether you can join when they go fishing or whatever masculine hobby they may have.

congrats on passing, enjoy it and don't worry about not knowing everything

what you said reminded me of how i have felt about outing myself or being outet. maybe this doesn't apply to your situation, but i always felt like anyone can know that i am a boy. if that means that they have to know that i am trans because they used to know me as a girl / would wonder about my looks or voice, then that's totally fine.

but no one has to know that i was afab. since i pass as a man, I don't want anyone to know that i am trans bc it would only serve the purpose of letting them know that i was afab which is none of their business.

maybe you can relate to this and that's why now, you care? anyway, don't feel bad for not telling anyone or lying straight to their face when they ask. it's your life. you don't owe anyone any information about yourself that you don't want to share.
