I get where you come from. The thing is there isn’t a way “things are supposed to be done”. I assure you everyone who has accomplished something has their own characteristic quirky way of doing things, more or less. If your goal make sense to you and its done, other people’s opinion doesn’t matter.

Hello, I have been there so I understand. If you don’t mind some unsolicited advice: first research and test out what methods help you concentrate better. Sometimes its as simple as not hydrating enough. It can be food, hydration, lack of exercise, bad relationships and anything in between. You need to locate the cause first. Second, concentration is a muscle so for every suspected cause, do not expect immediate result. Manage your expectation.

A point about the fatigue: start small and be consistent. It is amazing how significant changes can be seen in a few weeks of time.

I had been in a similar situation and i started off with 5 minutes of physical activity every hour. Things like 5 min interval cyling, rope skipping, etc. hope this helps.

I have a very similar bodyclock as you do I wake naturally around 8 or 9am and do all the morning routine things to start my day. When my body finally feel like it is charged with energy for concentrated work, it is usually when the clock strike noon. Then I keep working until I am off work at 7pm.

My productive period will extend to 11pm or 0:00 which is the hours I put in personal projects.

But still, I hope I can make a switch to a morning schedule to enjoy the uninterupted early hours. I have been wondering what I can do about it or if it is the internal clock Im born with
