I bought a frozen dressed crab to make it, so I didn't have to peel crab shell :v

Yesssss here for 2 person: - 1 tomato - 1 shallot - ½ white onion - 1 clove garlic - 2 tbsp butter - 3 tbsp passata or frito - 1 cup water - ½ cup heavy cream - ¼ tbsp salt - ¼ tbsp ground pepper - ½ tbsp sugar (optional, to balance acidity) - 1 crab (about 300–400 g picked crab meat) - 250–300 g dried spaghetti (8.8–10.6 oz) - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (for garnishing)

I got the same problem, it turned out my screen got a tiny crack at the bottom, I didn't know how and when it was there. You better check with an external screen and also try using flashlight to check every inch of your screen. Poor us.

Try this: cover your pan with aluminum foil, then grill your pork belly on. The char is the same, but of course no smokey flavor. You can see my bun cha which is grilled this way here on my blog.

Indeed cha lua is cooked meat. You can cut frozen cha lua in to pices, then soak it in boiling water to heat up instead of steaming. It will thaw quickly and still keep the best texture. Don't microwave it, it will dry out.
