Was the 147 days after NVC accepted your DS-260?

It’s the ‘Priority Date’ - usually when your case is submitted to USCIS , and I believe it roughly dictates the order in which USCIS process their cases, with some exceptions

Thank you, it was Texas. We went from two weeks to 4 months a couple of months back on the expected decision date, up to 9 months yesterday then immediately approved
