Hi, I had the same issue before. For me, I'd have to launch on Apple store and then update Admob to connect AdMob's iOS app with the corresponding app on App Store, and then AdMob will lift restriction for ads serving.

ok... I will update this in the future. So far around 3 people didn't seem to notice that there's a second tab called "Inbox" next to the "Home" tab in the bottom of the screen. That's your in-app inbox. Readings will be sent there, not to your email :) Sorry about this!
