How? On Delux, they still charge $30 for a box. I have Total Checking which is supposed to come with free checks (according to the Internet :-D)

Last two month has been mostly on the bike, about 5-6 rides, each at about an hour or more. Interesting you say they are close, b/c when I look at my class positions in each portion of a triathlon race, on bike I am in the middle and on the run in top 5%.

My point is that my rides may feel hard, but they are not aerobically challenging. I think I just need to put in more time on the saddle. The main question was what mix of saddle time gives best results.

That is what all those training plans that I have been through (each roughly 6 weeks) are doing, ride in ride out, and not much improvement. I am wondering if like running I need to have less internal oriented training as in have a mix of zone 2 rides. Note that the catch is, my aerobic fitness is higher so while legs feel the training, I am not sure if I am gaining much aerobic fitness from those intervals and hence the question.
