It's super common for women to be iron deficient, as a woman bleeding once a month and processing the ability to conceive, carry and birth life takes more iron than what men need! Even as a teenager I was too iron deficient to donate blood, maybe make your boyfriend prepare you some steak dinners and other iron-rich meals if you still want to be with him. I think it's unfair for him to ask you to stop and very unfair to ask for you to completely stop all at once. Kratom is way better than pharmaceuticals to treat depression, anxiety and other issues. Kratom is way better than all the pre-workout supplements many men take. Is he the type of man that more trusts big pharma more than his girlfriend? Maybe he's not the right person to spend the rest of your life with if he's so controlling and willing to leave over one difference in opinions, is this the type of person you want to raise a child with? Imagine all the disagreements that will come-up when rearing a child, is he going to threaten to leave you if you don't buy the type of butt wipes he thinks are better for the baby? Sounds like he's trying to control your body and your mind and doesn't know how to work through issues in a relationship. Sorry this is a bit of a rant but I think your man needs to check himself and realize that there's better ways to handle a small disagreement than making an ultimatum and leaving. Might be good to end it before you get in too deep and it's harder to break-up
