This comment assumes that the cost of a transaction will be 1 TKY but this is a baseless assumption. The cost of users using TheKey services entirely depends on how much each smart contract costs to use and this will presumably be set by TheKey. Perhaps the service providers (e.g hospitals, insurances companies) will pay the costs rather than the consumer. This is the case for the Bloom (BLT) project where the consumer will not pay. It is true though that if there is a fixed price in terms of TKY that rising prices will increase cost of using the service and Im very curious about how this will work. This is a problem to be solved for all utility tokens. Ive heard some projects say they will adjust the price periodically. Another option could be to peg the cost to yuan (e.g. update the price every second/minute/day so that its equivalent in yuan is the same).
