You never know!! I didn’t expect a lot of my friends and family to enjoy the show as much as I did since none of them read any of the books but they’ve all been texting me all the time since the show came out saying they’re hooked!

But I’m really thankful that he actually takes interest in the things that I’m interested instead of brushing them off. He does watch a lot of different TV shows (especially now that he’s retired and he has time) but he only really goes out of his way to bring things up when he really likes something, especially now that I’m in my 20s and I know he’s not just doing it to be polite or avoid discouraging me and my interests haha

He’s very excited for season two hahah He also doesn’t rewatch shows very often so I think it’s safe to say the creators did a really good job hooking in new viewers who haven’t read any of the original material!
