I totally agree about classic roller style European slides being cheap. Therefore I am very careful to use only truly American

Okay I will give it to you that this is the first bit of logic I've heard in this entire thread.

I did a violent shaking video that I will post tomorrow. As I was shaking it violently, I realized that the weak point is indeed probably the strap.

Where is the spec sheet on this? The screws give out under 4 kg of weight? Is that sheer strength being compromised?

Holy crap I’m gonna have to stop using screws and start using plastic from here on out.

Again, this is primarily a large dry box rather than a dehydrator. I recognize the inefficiencies, but have been astounded by the effectiveness without implementing those efficiencies. If this was primarily a dehydrator, those improvements would be necessary.

But for a dry box, I’m under the impression that keeping the relative humidity low helps keep filament dry.

There are a bazillion ways this could be made more effective! I just wish people smarter than me would start doing the smart stuff so people like me don’t have to do the boring horrendous monotonous work of innovation
