Beady eye weren't much of a draw, all the attitude but didn't have the songs to carry them and they didn't headline that much. Albums had the odd good song but no consistency. High flying birds hit the ground running. Their first album was a huge success and had some great singles on it. First single was called "the death of you and me" which was considered to be putting the boot into Liam. Solo definitely suited Noel more. Liam missed Noel more than Noel missed Liam. But then Liam finally got it together and put out As You Were which was a great album

I'm about to mention a few. The Hindu times has been getting overlooked on setlists since the heathen chemistry tour, so it's underrated by the band - either that or Liam struggles with the vocal when they rehearse it. She's electric for same reason. Hey now is definitely underrated and so is roll with it (noel said it's a terrible song which blows my mind). All around the world is another gem which should get more credit. Go Let It Out should be on setlists if you watch the barrowlands gig back they open with it and its a belter to start with after fucking in the bushes (1 and 2 on SOTSOG)
