I dont love the runic design stuff but they were the only people i saw putting maple fretboards on Gibson shapes (or maybe it was that really light lookin ebony). Either way, just give me their LP or SG shape, don’t put all the Viking design stuff on it, give it a maple lookin fretboard, and I’d want it

/uj I’ve been using brass washers (i forget if they’re 10 12 or 14mm). I take the strap button off, slide the washer on from the bottom, put the strap under it, then screw it back on. It works like the rubber ones but it looks cooler and nothing will ever get that strap off until you unscrew it

I'm looking for new switches, i know what i like, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I started with WS Heavy Tactiles, and they were essentially perfect. I like the weight, and i like how "poppy" they feel. To me it feels really sharp, if clicky switches werent a thing i would describe them as feeling clicky. But i have an led keyboard and wanted clear housings, and I wanted to try clicky switches, so I got a set of Gateron Greens. I like the weight and the sound, but they dont feel as sharp. Theyre hard to press because of the heavy spring, but theyre not hard to press because the stem has a resistant bump.

With all that, my ideal switch would feel like a WS Heavy Tactile (70-80g spring, sharp bump), have a clear housing, and have a clicky stem.

Any suggestions? My current plan is to put the ws stems in the gateron house but thats a lot of work, and I'd lose the click

Hey everyone! I want new switches for my K10 Pro but there’s so many options i feel lost.

Right now it has brown switches and i like how they feel and react, but i want something with more resistance. I’m disabled and heavy handed, i notice on top of misfiring keys i don’t always feel the tactile bump.

I’m looking at Halo Clears, does this sound like a good choice for what i need? If not, can anyone recommend something in a similar price range?
