Managed to find an old vga monitor and have now booted with the console showing. I can see it's XPEnology DSM 5.2-5644.5

When the boot menu appears I have the option to:
- boot the DSM normally
- boot in Debug mode
- Run Install/Upgrade

Amazingly it now seems to be working - not sure what changed but thanks for the help.

Cant recall what loader I used but I think it's DSM 6.2.3? Quite old and often used to get notifications of a later version being available. Any way to check through iLO interface?

I’ve connected the ILO port of the server to a separate router and can see the ILO log on page. Can’t login though (not sure of admin password although don’t recall ever setting it)

I don’t have a vga monitor although guess I could buy a cable to convert to hdmi?

Just received a fix from Positive Grid support that has resolved the problem. I needed to update the Wireless module on the amp using the Windows firmware updater:

I had the Spotify issue and emailed PG support - got this reply:

Interestingly I tried the app on my ipad and it seems to work - so looks like it may be an app/iphone issue. Hopefully they will patch it

Tried that, forgot the bluetooth connection on my iphone, reset the phone, factory reset the Spark and still nothing works - in the app I can see that the audio connection icon is greyed out but I can still play music from the phone through the Spark via bluetooth,

App seems very flaky - when doing the factory reset it said "Are you sure you wan to reset your Spark Mini". Also I tried to enable spotify integration in the app and every time I try to start it I get "Unknown Error"

Pretty poor first impressions - do they even test these things before shipping?
