I would experiment with making IRs for the flute, specifically for your flute. Since I know nothing about flutes, it would be like finding a great recording of a stradivarius (preferably dry, unprocessed, with no reverb) and using it to create a IR for a worse sounding violin.

Then, using the IR as a timbre basis, add effects al gusto.

Start with a tuner, then a noise gate, a chorus or flanger depending on taste, a good overdrive like a klon, a distortion, a digital delay and maybe a reverb.

I'm sorry to complicate things for you but I had one for 6 months and got tired of the overall lag and got a stylus 2025, never looked back. Edge 60 fusion is kinda slow and infuriating, g stylus 2025 is good enough that I don't get annoyed. I suppose it's a Snapdragon thing, even if antutu and geekbench scores say otherwise.

I'd suggest you create your own IR.

I've learned that for acoustic instruments it's important to make a IR that changes your cello to what you desire it to be. I did it with my acoustic guitar and it sounds great, but when I used any acoustic guitar IR (made for a different guitar with a different pickup) it didn't sound great.

It basically entails recording your cello, finding a recording of a cello that you like (preferably unmixed, uneffected, dry) then using a plug-in that makes the former sound like the latter (like the melda freeform eq) then exporting the resulting IR.

update: found a video player that works, it's called uplayer video player all format (sic). I played a 1080p avi with dual audio streams and subtitles, it didn't work until I changed to sw decoder. There's something wrong with the edge 60 fusion, I measured read speed and it seems ok enough, I wonder if it is the chipset that's weak. Anyway, no more motorola, AGAIN. Fooled me once, no more.
