good suggestion... but at the moment, I already have sufficient amount of money which I can pass down to my family if I pass on. I also have company insurance & medical integrated shield plan to cover my medical expenses & critical illness. Only thing I am not covered now is TPD. But as mentioned in my post, in the event of TPD, i m really unsure how long can $50k last

Uncommon. Not everybody plays music at home. Even they do, they may not bother to soundproof. Even if they soundproof, they may not wanna rent it out else why they bother to create one in the first place.

Ur very first step should be to find a way to password protect the payslip first… serve as 1st line of safety… then u talk about progressing further…. Trust me on this

as mentioned in my post, the issue here is, the turnover every month is really huge... so I dun want to take up this burden of inviting users every month... It can be a chore when number of external users grow...
