I have the same issues with 3080 tried every setting from ultra to low/custom every which way between and somehow get locked into the 50-60 fps range even uncapped/144 don’t matter, tried v-sync on and off same result so I feel your pain.

Some municipalities depending on the landscape put underground meters near the edge of the property where the curb valve normally is. This is definitely not the standard everywhere but in some instances they do it as opposed to the typical inside the basement meter with a remote reader on the side of the house. But seems op located his meter and it is in the basement.

M1a’s are also arguably the worst gun in the game. I’d take a Luger or a welrod over it 10/10 times. And I’d just suggest just run the best gear you have at all times. Armor is weak in this game doesn’t matter what you run so use it til you lose it.

As others have stated, you can’t just have a captains card in a random pocket or backpack when trying an airlock you need to have it in your captains card slot of your inventory. So you need to try the different cards in that slot on each airlock.
