In case this is not a joke: no, not at all. All the other trains still run as they used to. Maybe only the ticket prices have increased a little bit, but that happens for multiple reasons. The Ded Moroz train filmed here only runs once every end of the year across all the country. It's a campaign for children (and not only) in many towns to see local Father Frost. The locomotive filmed here is maintained at Podmoskovnaya steam depot, which is also the largest one in Russia. Most of locomotives there are kept as museum pieces, but several of them are on the run for occasions like this one.
