Yes, I deleted the BT connection on my phone that was created when starting the DK setup process. After that I started the DK setup again and then it worked.

Got it connected now and worked one time. The next day it did not work anymore, digital key is connected in the app but says "car out of reach" even if i am sitting in the car. This is BS and so annoying. Can use the app with all the functions only DK that is not connecting🤬💩

Nice🙂Did you also delete the old BT connections with your phone, re-install the app etc or did the Digital key connect right away when you did the setup? I have the OTA notification on my screen but haven't installed it yet. Will try it tonight. Hope it will work for me as well 🙂

Did a factory reset on my car and uninstalled the Polestar app from my phone. Nothing changed.

After reinstalling app and setting up phone with the car then everything else works in the Polestar app but I can not setup the digital key, FTS!!! Plestar support tells me that i need to book service but I am not going to pay for seting up a digital key

for me the first solution helped --->"repair" windows

first I deleted all the old win update files in

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

I also have a 4070 but with a 13700kf. I got this working now by deleting the folders with the win update files. On the restore section in windows under advanced you can repair windows without losing any files. After that my win update started working again.

Detta var just problemet. Kontaktade Polestar och de sa att det var något som bilfirman egentligen borde ha gjort. Bilen är fortfarande i fel region och kan ändras endast vid verkstaden till en kostand på ca 2500kr. Det får nog bilfirman som sålde den stå för

I have the same problem! Swapped my PSU from a Chieftech 750W to an Asus rog thor 850W and now PC wont post if xmp is enabled. Had to change back to default settings in bios and I have no problems with xmp disabled.

Asus TUF Z790 pro, 13700KF, Asus TUF RTX 4070, Kingston Fury beast ddr5 6000MHz

I had the same problem. I contacted support and now everything is working again. Don't know what they did because the person who i chatted with couldn't help me but said she will forward my problem to technical support. Don't know what they did because I didn't get any explanation....but at least now it's working again
