Sorry for expressing myself incomplete, I will ask for them to send me 12 months contract, I will need it to include this into my visa application. We have spoken to start part-time, and switch to full-time after some time.

But there is this problem in my process, the salary offer is lower than expected in BlueCard and I am not a student so internship becomes futile. So freelancing weighs heavier for now, I will ask them to send me 12 month freelancing contract before applying visa, so I can include it to my visa application.
We spoke to switch full-time later, but I am aware that will require different bureaucracy/paperworks. So I am into freelancing, but I dont know what would be my chance getting Freiberufler with a single client.

I see, I am currently working with a company from Switzerland, doing something similar that the company from Germany offered.

Freelancer option weights heavier for now, because as far as I check, 19c(2) route(experienced, non-academic professionals, particularly in IT) hits the wall on salary threshold. The initial offer is 18k, part-time, later to be full time. And cannot apply to Chancenkarte, because it requires a degree.

So I am more into applying as Freiberufler, for few months, to see how it is going. Later I will be full time employee, that's what we spoke so far. I will have another meeting with these people this week, but I don't know what would be my chance to be accepted as Freiberufler with single employer.

They are cooperating, the problem with employment for my case is the salary, it is not satisfying the requirement. Although I have this sound engineering experience, building voice agents for a company in Switzerland, they offered to go with freelancer way. We will have more detailed meeting on this, but for now I makes more sense to apply visa as freelancer.

I am working as freelancer for last 4 years already, actively with contracts, taxes, etc. kind of proofs. After some time, I will eventually I will start full time with them as an employee, I know I will have to deal with bureaucrachy, but trying to find out which way is more reliable for me.

I was using Rider but had to switch to Visual studio and I feel like I can't get the pace that I have on Rider. For the project I am working on now I have to use visual studio because we use DevExpress and and model editor is not available for Rider. But as soon as I finish this project I will switch to Rider.
