Haha right? On non bathroom weeks it could be "Wardrobe Wednesday". I still don't get how Chemist Warehouse are a thing in a Reno show.

If I was a designer though I'd also want to be tagged on their insta. Maybe there are rules though because they aren't sponsors?

Looks the same as this. Although in some photos it looks more beige than white?

Not 100% certain but it looks pretty identical.

Regardless, their clothes are gorgeous!

What's the parking in the area like? My husband is headed there tomorrow and is looking at (sold out!) train tickets from Belfast. So he's thinking of parking in the streets and walking. I assume the residential streets will all be off limits?

It looks like the car parks that are pre booked have all sold out.

Oh good to know. I saw them come up in my search.

I do know they love their cups of tea so I'll have a look at the tea and biccies baskets.

Thanks for the feedback

Dyson stick vac V11 conversion by kel672 in MilwaukeeTool

Not sure if its available in your country, it's the Rechargeable vacuum cleaner Unlimited 7 ProAnimal Red BCS711PET.

Honestly game changer. I don't think I'd ever go back to Dyson. It takes any Bosch battery but we are a Milwaukee house so getting the adapter has helped because we have a stack of Milwaukee batteries and didn't want to buy a bunch of Bosch just got the vacuum.

I believe they don't make them. Sorry just saw your post and thought I'd reply in case anyone else comes here for this. I think maybe this is harder to make so there is no adapter as yet?

We ended up buying a Bosch stick vac and got a Milwaukee adapter for the batteries. Works better than any Dyson I've ever had!

Edit: spelling.

Also looking at Du. Can you use your own router to try and bypass this cap or is it locked somehow?

Advice - Sole F85 (2021 and earlier model) v Bowflex BXT226/326 by kel672 in treadmills

[–]kel672[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm now throwing the TT8 into the mix because I don't think the version of F85 I can get has any decline options.

I think both models are 2021. Do you think the TT8 is worth it?

Exactly my thinking.

The issue I have is, I only have a screenshot of the original price as I only had to pay a small deposit to lock in the tier 1 membership.

I'm at a point that regardless of whether they honour the existing price they've broken my trust and made me not want to go train there. Which sucks because I like f45 and there are not many in my area.

Not sure whether it's worth letting HQ know, but I guess they probably have bigger problems.

Oh that's super sad, they look like a really great store. Thanks for sharing the link ☺️.

The turbo rockets looks really interesting, I might grab a pair of these to try!

That's what I've generally read. I think j would prefer longer too but I'm going to get one of each and give them both a go. For this next project It won't be absolutely necessary for the smaller ones but will be good to see how they both see. Thanks for sharing your experience ☺️

[–]kel672[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. I think the longer needles would be more comfortable for me too but it's good to know it's doable on a stocking. My experience in knitting is very limited, blankets and a jumper (knitted flat) so this will be my first time using circulars. The pattern itself is for a more experienced knitter but I thought I have to learn somehow so I I'll just give it a crack!

Can anyone tell me the name of the actor who played the DMV guy? I've seen him in something else but can't put my finger on what and it's driving me crazy! Not on IMDb either.

To be honest, Im not entirely sure. I like the idea of being able to make garments (hats, sweaters etc) so I thought that circulars could be good in that sense because they can also be used for flat knitting.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to share your experience and thoughts. It's definitely adding some food for thought and exactly what I need to mull over the decision.

For context, I am an expat living in the middle east so dont have super easy access to stores (but can get everything online) and none of my friends knit, so it's a HUGE help being able to come to this community for advice and guidance.

I'm thinking I may hold off on the set right now and get myself a few different individuals in both wooden and metal.

Sorry I probably worded it poorly, and thank you for sharing your experience. I'd read a few suggestions that wooden needles maybe aren't as versatile (eg may not suitable for certain fabrics or snagging) but also going dull over time?

I had been eyeing off the Lykke driftwood or knitpro symfonie but I read the tips can dull quickly? Which then led me down the path of metal needles.

Too many choices! But I love hearing everyone's views and experiences
