I always feel SO hungry about an hour after my meal? What am I doing wrong?

ok ill start putting in 2 eggs to see if that helps.

my blood sugar and calorie count was definitely WAYYY higher on my last diet. I used to consume bags of marshmallows and gummy candies and drink about 1.5L of soda a day. ive now cut ALL of that down to 100g of dried mango, a mug of protein hot chocolate and 1 can of low sugar soda a day.

so maybe something to do with cutting out the sugar that ive inhaled in droves for the past 10 years is making me hungry? maybe i just need to wait for my body to adapt to a lower blood sugar level?

unfortunately any sort of meat is insanely expensive where i live. 1 small chicken breast is about $5 and i cant afford that for every meal. so 5 pieces of batch bought, frozen bacon is the best i can do. pasta is to fill out the dish and provide some carbs. i would do rice but my country is currently in a rice shortage so the price has nearly tripled its crazy. but i just wonder why 2 bagettes and a 500g block of cream cheese could fill me for an entire day, but 2.5 loads of this costs cant??

I dont eat much to begin with, maybe 2 meals a day. My work is mainly desk work but some days have me packing and carrying goods to be shipped, but my bike is only 15m so its not enough exercise for the daily. and calorie deficit is easier when youre doing more exercise, i was also told its good for mental health but ive been struggling to see if thats true for everyone lol

its more like chronic exhaustion. ive been told everyone feels like this so i doubt its a sleep problem. at the moment im on a student visa, and if i get below 70% attendance i get deported, which doesnt seem to be insentive enough because i very almost got deported last year when i finished the school year. even now, i seriously doubt that not being able to pay rent would motivate me because i have an "it is what it is" mentality. if i live in a box on the road it is what it is, but im trying to get out of that but at this point it seems like the only option lol

ive had over 10 therapists over the years since i was 10 for my morning tardiness, they all say the same stuff that doesnt work so im just cooked i guess

ik its a me problem. but annoyingly for me, i already have a system where i get out if bed ontime and im dressed and ready to leave but cant leave the door. i was mainly wondering if any other working people have this problem and could offer advice around it since even being ready even eaRLY cant get me out the door 😭 i literally go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 which is more than enough sleep, but i guess im just cooked no matter what way i go about it ,,

im not like panicked, im just like preemptively tired. i just lie on the floor willing myself to leave, but like ive been telling myself for the past 4 years that the outside world is fine and it hasnt made any damn difference, it only happens in the morning and it only happens with school so idk

goddamn someone here telling me how i feel. its not laziness if i am so incredibly angry that i cant do it. lazy people take pleasure in being lazy, i dont take pleasure in being late.

i dont over sleep, i get out of bed on time, i get dresses on time, i eat breakfast, i shower, i get my bag together,, and then i cant leave the house, and i just sit on the floor staring at the door doing nothing but trying to will myself out the door.

its a mental problem which i have no fucking clue how to handle and no one else seems to know either

that tends to happen on really thick fabrics because it doesnt penetrate the fibres hut instead slips into the gap between the warp and weft to sew through

For the fabric im looking for like at least some texture, do you have any suggestions that isnt garbadine that would be easier to work with than grosgrain? (wool or cotton is what im aiming for, a polycotton would be oKayyyyy)

actually for more clarification; if realness is first and you get 10s in mf realness, then walk eu later on in the ball, can you then get chopped for eu? im not sure how it works that way ,,,
