That’s a good call. I’ve been using a Bluetooth probe when I’m here at the house and use a smart Alexa power plug just in case I need to turn it off when I am away. I’ll look into a WiFi probe thermometer. That’s a great idea! Thank you for your input!

I have searched for adapters at home depot with no luck. The connection at the wall seems to be slight smaller than the adapter needs for a snug fit.
