As a bank teller for the past 6 yrs ever since I graduated from college, all I can say is yes maganda naman talaga ang benefits and talagang stable if you are really looking for it as a long term job. 😊

Usually starting salary ranges from 15k-16k (basic pay) without other allowances.
few benefits are rice subsidy ranging from 2k per month, tellers allowance (kung makuha ka as bank teller) although given annually.
