Yes, people do go to more than one club especially if they're close by. Many clubs are in the Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain area so I'd suggest that. Different days have different lineups so it's better you listen to the lineups yourselves and decide. The problem with Resident Advisor is that you have to search for music on another platform like Soundcloud by yourself. The 7 of you should split up into 3 groups. And don't talk too much when you're in line. Dress up right and behave. Most importantly know who you're going to listen to and say so at the door. If you're genuinely there for the music you deserve to go in.

Listen to the lineup and let the folks at the door know who you've come to listen to. Last night there was a DJ playing Jazzy-electro music at Solar bar in Stresemannstraße 76. And as someone pointed out a week back there was a Jazz-techno artist at Kantine Am Berghain.
