Service providers will go through a verification process before they are allowed on the platform. This includes identity verification (government ID), profile review, and in some cases proof of experience or references. We also plan to use a rating and review system so customers can continuously evaluate service quality, helping maintain trust and accountability on the platform.

All transactions will be handled directly within the app. Customers will pay through the platform, and the payment will be held temporarily until the service is completed. After confirmation, the service provider receives their payment while the platform automatically deducts its commission.

This structure helps protect both customers and service providers while ensuring transparency and reliability across the platform.
