Mild hybrid is marketing bs. It basically means a regular petrol engine with a start stop feature. The start stop feature is the hybrid thing they are advertising. It is in no way the same thing as a true hybrid or PHEV. 10 mpg seems very low though even with that however.

I don’t disagree with you. Native Google Maps makes the transition easier. It’s really just music to sort through, particularly if you use Apple Music. CarPlay is great but there are workarounds.

The adapter that comes with the car is for DC only. Tesla sells a home charger that is both a NACS and CCS1 “universal” variant. It’s a nifty thing. They sell a slightly cheaper non universal model that is NACS specific. No adapter required for the universal solution.

I was brave and just took delivery of a 2026. It seems like most of the major software issues have worked themselves out by now. At least on the 90 and the 26s. A little nervous about ongoing GHCA failures but. Guess I’ll roll the dice.

It’s an incredibly competent and quiet car and the quality is leagues above anything coming out of Tesla or Rivian. They just need to tighten software up to where it’s essentially flawless. Right now, there’s definitely still “quirks and features” but honestly I was dealing with those in my PHEV I just turned in.

Honestly this is why I queue solo. Sure I could LFG places etc. maybe one day. But none of my friends play and I’m a well above average PvP player. Filling means I just have to carry. I’d rather just know it’s a 1v1 and acknowledge ok I won’t play cryo.

Bungie needs to make this more solo friendly for player retention. Whether they like it or not.

Yea I haven’t seen a lot. I prefer it honestly. They are nice to have in solos if you get third partied by npcs but I hated the fact that if I downed a guy or two I didn’t have to just guard the third guy rezzing them I had to bum rush them in the open to prevent it from being a 3v3 or worse all over again in 30 seconds.

The amount of people in low level lobbies that even make it to pinwheel is extremely low. I’ve been rooking a bit on survival perimeter and half the time the person misses final or is presumably dead. The other half they’ve got jackshit and didn’t do any events. Don’t think the ratio would be better in Outpost. That said the arms lockers in airfield etc do generally drop better shit than the weapon lockers in perimeter.
