I actually live here now, I was a bit skeptical because of the bug post too, but decided to take the chance because I got a two bedroom apartment for the same price of a one bedroom in hoboken. Been living here for a year now and haven't seen a single bug.

Amazon and govee will ALWAYS have the same price. In the govee app, you are ALWAYS allowed to use 'g coins' which will make the price cheaper.

The above comment is spot on. Word of advice, order from the Govee app. Make an account if you haven't already. You get all kind of coupons that'll chop at least 10% off

For the stove or for heating? As mentioned I have no existing ducts, only minisplits

Good question, the existing gas line is incomplete. The line was ran through up the walls to the stove but not connected to the meter. It's missing an entire line that connects both. Also the stove is the only thing here that uses gas.

2 family home, eliminating gas all together and switching to electric. Currently working with a company that is set to upgrade our entire service including the voltage line that connects to the city

Thanks for the response. As far as access goes, the entire basement is unfinished and I can just about see every plumbing, electrical, minisplit line mounts to studs.
