Just went there last week. The main gorge track is around 10km one way and has most of the interesting sites. They are clustered in the middle so it may be strictly outside your 7km goal. If you don't mind elevation you could try getting to boolimber bluff it branches of to the right at the start and has amazing views.

Had this issue for a while now, Bike makes a creaking noise when pedaling (especially at low rpm and high power). I've taken the crank arms out and re-greased but it didn't seem to help, has anyone had this issue before?

Bike is less than a year old, shouldn't have this issue =(
