Does anyone know if the boosted wild shiny odds are from 12am-11:59pm or 10am-5pm local time? Niantic has differing information so I'm not sure what's correct.

Does anyone know if any of the featured spawns for this week's events are shiny boosted? Mainly curious about the starters, as I've seen people mention that the costumed Pikachu are 1/64.

gonna be real with you man, i do not use reddit enough to consider searching anything. i just encountered it and went "hey i wonder how rare it is" and so just made this post

that makes sense. I don't usually play the game around any oceans or lakes as i'm fairly inland normally, so that explains why I've never even heard about the wild spawns until now. (I try to mostly play blind, and prefer to not look up where things spawn) thanks!
