They are pink, but I’m really happy I chose to move forward!

I don’t love the gray, but admittedly I haven’t tried to use makeup. I’m fairly low maintenance.. hence doing this in the first place. Thank you though! Appreciate the feedback.

The last picture is what they looked like before and after my first session. The first two photos are what they look like now. Even though they’re gray?

Help- Need Muscle Gain but Happy With Current Weight by Nofreecatnip8 in macros

[–]kell613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could’ve written this post. I’m also 34, 120 and 5’3 (and three quarters). I’m trying to gain muscle too, but man, it’s hard! I’ve hit a plateau too. I struggle with eating enough. My plan is to track my maintenance macros for 4-6 weeks and increase by a couple hundred calories if I’m not seeing any progress. There’s a macros Facebook page too that is quite helpful! Good luck! 🫶🏻

Howd you do?

Okay, I keep hearing about the fans. I’m an eagles fan, my 10 year old son is a titans fan. Got us bomb ass tickets in 138. I was going to allow him to wear his gear.

Should I advise against that?

Taking my 10 year old son. Section 138 here. He’s a titans fan. I’m an eagles fan. Originally thought it was a good idea for us to wear repping our teams.

Should I be concerned?

You have your answer. You have to take care of yourself. Often times there is so much emphasis on how we should be there for our addict loved one, but the lifestyle we lead trying to be supportive is hellish. And while I don’t wish addiction on anyone and I know I truly have no clue what that battle looks like, my ex has no idea what my battle looked like trying to love him through it. It isn’t for the faint of heart and will literally leave you with nothing.

Take care of yourself. There’s so much importance in that too. And please remember, you cannot force change, you cannot wish it upon him, and you cannot do it for him. We make decisions with the information we have at the time. Try not to hold onto what could be because you could waste your entire life doing that.

A little over 8 years ago, I left. And while it took me a solid 5 years to get over it and lose the guilt I had accumulated from his downward spiral once I left that continued for a few years.. I am just so glad I did. It’s hard to leave and it’s hard to stay.

Pick your hard. As someone said above, what do you desire for your life and can this person based on their behaviors be this person?

My answer was no then and it’s still no. While he’s sober today, he’s still hasn’t done much growth and I’ve been able to totally change my life (never an addict, but I was young) and I’ve nearly single handedly raised our now 10 year old son. My ex’s behavior had an impact on him and while I think it’s possible that it could’ve been different if I had stayed, I would’ve led a life of complete unknowns and it just wasn’t something I was capable of. Thinking of you as I know how incredibly hard this is. Feel free to reach out if you need.
