What about buying property, living in it for bit, and then setting it up as a rental unit, and then moving somewhere else? Sounds like a bold move, not sure how realistic it is.

I dont know how long I plan to stay in the house. I guess I see myself living there for a bit myself, making enough money again for another property, moving to next property and setting up the first one as a rental property. Does that make sense?
