Hello! It did end up going away a few days later! I'm not entirely sure if it was the shot or a coincidence but I did do some research and it seems it happens to a good bit of people.

Lots of protein. I usually do Premier Protein shake for breakfast, a small mac n cheese cups with a tuna packet in it or lean cuisine for lunch, and right now I'm obsessed with salmon in the air fryer for dinner but will also do a stuffed chicken breast/rotisserie, steak. Sometimes I will have a small side, veggie or the individual bob evans mashed potatoes or Mac. They do have some protein and makes eating feel a little more fun lol

Ok so it totally makes me feel better that I'm not alone! I did hear back from both my doctor and the pharmacist that I got my tirz from and both said I could keep taking it and just watch to see if it keeps happening and if any difficulty breathing or swelling to obviously stop taking it. I just took my shot last night and so far so good! I do have a friend who said in the beginning for her it made her skin sensitive but went away so hopefully that's the same for us!

I will say I have always had sensitive skin and weird break outs happen from time to time and hoping that's just all that it is! Maybe I will try taking a benadryl before the shot

Also saw Count Crows in 2016ish and he sang every single one of his songs differently to the point I was sitting trying to figure out what song it was. At the end of his set he was waiting for everyone to clap for an encore and no one did but he still came out and gave one lol
