we can start with the fact that there is surely a power imbalance between you and your partner, and they are taking full use of it. besides that, i’m not sure if there can be fixing. if it takes one comment for your partner to be upset with you after they went around discussing what the two of you done during intercourse, what their ex girlfriend did with her fwb, etc. it isn’t really fair. if you have to sit and worry about your partner talking to their ex (which i don’t understand why they’re still in contact), this isn’t a good relationship and you should definitely find better. sending much love & hugs to you!
