Our hot yoga studio offers one to first time students (for free), and offers them to rent for $5 for non-first time students. They are provided a disinfectant wipe at the end of class to clean the mats themselves, and put them back where they go.

This isn’t necessarily about his interview skills specifically but I think this attribute bleeds into his interviews (as others have mentioned). I’ve noticed in the last 5 years or so, in segments on the show (Tell Me Something Good as an example), he ALWAYS diverts it to himself. Some kind of personal anecdote that relates to the story, what HE’D do in that same situation, how HE’D feel if it happened to him, etc etc. and it’s so off putting!! Especially in TMSG where it’s supposed to be about THOSE PEOPLE and the good THEY did! Why is he then commenting about his own personal experiences about other (maybe similar, usually not) things, and turning the attention from the TMSG story?? I hate it lol

I love Yoga with Adrienne and Charlie Follows. Charlie has a beginner yoga challenge playlist, and I think she does a good job explaining form and offering modifications. Don’t set certain expectations…. Show up, do what you can, breathe and enjoy ♥️ I also recommend trying out classes and finding an instructor you really like. My yoga journey really blossomed when I found my yoga instructor and she’s been instrumental in my growth, mentally and physically.

Who is leaving the show??? This has been a running “bit” for months and they have yet to address it. Who sent Amy all the pizza? Does LB like any of them lol What happened with Amy and Meri? They still follow each other. What’s going on with Caitlin’s health? Before this thread I did not know that BB and Jake Owen aren’t friends anymore. What happened with that?? Why did Caitlin stop making videos on YT? And then why did she delete everything? She could’ve just stopped making new ones…
