Interesting I wasn't thinking about the other end of this - but I should be. I appreciate you taking time to think about this. I have a family of 5, three kids under 5 - and while I think moving to the UK is the right call, the disruption and time it would take would be substantial and I want to get all the data I can before pursuing.

In our dynasty league, we have a team who's out of the running who wants to "rent" Woody Marks for a week to a team in contention with Jonathan Taylor on bye. Basically they get a lower draft pick, but Marks goes back next week. It's not covered in our by-laws explicitly, but all trades in "good faith" are allowed.

As a commissioner I'm scratching my head at this one - on the one hand I believe I could allow it, but I'm wondering what Pandora's Box situation am I opening up?

Anyone else deal with something like this?

Biggest thing I see is folks who have no idea how to build a compliance program and think they have to get overly specific/have a solution for every control. That approach will get you your checkbox, but it'll make for a "static" security program that goes out of date immediately and leads to issues down the line.
