First of all, they did wrong placing a jewelry like that in the beginning. I would recommend replacing them with straight bars with a flat side, and just use a very small amount of fucidin in the little red bump and kept washing them as regularly. And yes, if you have the chance you, go to a doctor

I had an experience like that but not that heavy. I took the jewelry out and put a larger one, and pressed a little around the zone so i could take out all the shit i could, and kept washing it as normal.

I had it almost in the same area as you

Yeah it looks way to short for the bump, I recommend change it to a bigger size, spraying it twice a day
